The Cambridge University Finnish Society is taking part in the Baltic Sea Vodka Party together with other societies from the Baltic countries on Saturday the 23rd of February. The party is hosted by the Russian Society and is held at the St Paul's Community Centre on Hills Road.
FinnSoc warmly welcomes everyone to celebrate the 90th Independence Day of Finland and the 5th birthday of
FinnSoc! The celebrations kick off at 6pm on Thursday the 6th of December. The venue is the tested and proven Okinaga Tower in St Edmund's College.
To get to the tower, enter through the main entrance and take the elevator to the top floor (5th). We'll post directions to the relevant doors, and there is also a receptionist downstairs who will be glad to help if you can't find us.
FinnSoc offers some Christmasy food and drinks, but feel free to bring your own nibbles and drinks too. We'll be watching the live webcast of the President's reception in Helsinki and will do some other fun stuff too (tee-hee).
